At this stage, the new general standard will be widely adopted, codified and regularly audited. In fact, this is a "major action", which in individual cases involves extensive activities. Possible organizational activities are changes to work plans, NC programs, master data, the implementation of training courses , and the adaptation of structural and procedural organization). It can also result in considerable investments (in all comparable workplaces, in all plants). The improvement of this standard, in turn, begins with another planning phase.
